Am 14. September fanden Verfahren gegen 8 der 23 verhafteten Hausbesetzer_innen statt. Vor der Gerichtsaal gab es eine Soliversammlung. Eine Person wurde freigesprochen, die anderen zu unterschiedlichen Strafen verurteilt. Morgen gehen die Verfahren weiter.

A group of five anarchists were arrested in Belgrade at the 3rd of september under suspicion being connected with
Black Elijah (Crni Ilija), which took responsibility for the 24th
August molotov attack on the Greek embassy in Belgrade. One more person is still searched by police.

The following is a press release from people from latvia concerned about the
repression against people who were arrested in local uprisings in january this year.
To show solidarity and create publicity in the context of not believing in justice of
state is necessary.There is no "mistakes in the system", instead the "system is a
mistake". What to demand of police and judges? To quit their job or to do their job
badly? In this struggle about people being fooled by the ones in power, it is important
not to limit resistance at the rules of structural violence.

just a few days before NoBorder Lesvos officially starts the situation
gets tense. One solidarity demo was held last week in the city and the
harbour. Yesterday we went to the local detention centre where almost 1000
immigrants are imprisoned. Among them about 300 minors. The new harsher
state/eu policy, with longer detention and deportation attempts, has
totally failed. About 150 minors are on hunger strike demanding their
freedom. We were there to show them our solidarity and we went to the city
to inform people about their case. A video camera has passed inside one

Am 21.Juli hielten Mitglieder des Organisationskomitees der Belgrad Pride eine Pressekonferenz ab, auf der die BELGRAD PRIDE 2009 – ES IST ZEIT FÜR GLEICHHEIT vorgestellt wurde. Stattfinden soll die zweite Belgrad Pride am 20.September 2009.
Möglicherweise erinnert Ihr Euch an die erste und letzte lesbisch – schwule Pride Parade im Juni 2001 in der Haptstadt Serbiens. Die Gruppe wurde von einer großen Anzahl vor allem junger männlicher Faschisten mit Schlägen, Tritten und anderer brutaler Gewalt zerschlagen. Der homophobe Mob hatte sich extra hierfür auf dem zentralen Platz in der Innenstadt versammelt und setzte ihre menschenverachtende Einstellung agressiv in zahlreichen Angriffe um. Es gab 40 Verletzte und nach dieser Katastrophe war die LGBTIQ Community lange Jahre abgeschreckt und verängstlicht.

Gegen den Rudolf Heß-Marsch in Budapest
Am 15.August 2009 wollen tausende Alt- und Neonazis einen Marsch zum
Gedenken an Hitler-Stellvertreter Rudolf Heß in Budapest durchführen.
Eingebettet in eine, auf allen Ebenen gedeihende, faschistische
Bewegung von der rechtsextremen Jobbik-Partei über diverse
neonazistische Skinheadgruppen hin zur der – inzwischen in zweiter
Instanz verbotenen – Ungarischen Garde findet der zentrale
Rudolf-Heß-Gedenkmarsch nun zum ersten Mal in dieser äußerst
beunruhigenden Umgebung statt. So besteht die wachsende Bedrohung nicht
ausschließlich in der politischen Organisierung rechtsextremer
Randgruppen, sondern gerade in der Übereinstimmung „ausgemachter
Feinde“ mit weiten Teilen der ungarischen Bevölkerung, welche sich
zunehmend auf der Straße im Hass auf JüdInnen, Roma und Homosexuelle
artikuliert.
Bedauerlicherweise ist Budapest nicht gerade als Hort
antifaschistischer Gegenaktivitäten bekannt, internationale
Mobilisierungen blieben bisher aus und linke Strukturen vor Ort sind
ähnlich schwer zu finden wie zivilgesellschaftliches Engagement gegen
den offensichtlich wachsenden Neonazismus.

Against the Rudolf Hess – march in Budapest
At the 15th of august 2009, thousands of old and young nazis want to march in budapest in remembering the hitler-assistant Rudolf Hess. Embedded in a fascist movement from extrem right Jobbik party to variouse neonazi Skinheadgroups and – in the moment in second judge forbidden – hungarian guard, the central Rudolf Hess remembering march is taking place in this very alarming surrounding the first time.
The growing thread is not exclusive from political organised extreme right groups but from hughe parts of the citizens, who are more and more articulating their hate against jewish, roma and homosexuals in the streets.
Sadly budapest is not really known as a plot of antifascist counteractivity, international mobilisation are missing and left structures are as well as civil society engagement against growing neonazism not easy to find.
